Preheat oven to 350°. Line muffin tins. combine dry ingredients. make a well in the center and pour in egg, melted margarine, and milk. Stir just until dry ingredients are wet. Don't overmix. Fold in blueberries. Fill tins ¾ full. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of each muffin. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Enjoy!
