Baja Salmon Steaks
Serves 6. Nutrition per serving: Calories - 192, Protein - 24g, Carbohydrates - 0.4g, Fat - 9.75g, Cholesterol - 65mg
| Ingredients: |
| 6 ¾" salmon steaks or filets (5 oz. each) |

| Salsa |
| 1 T. minced fresh garlic |
1 t. coarse black pepper |
| 1 T. each, grated lemon & lime peel |
1½ t. coarse sea salt |
| 1 T. fresh chopped parsley |
1 T. olive oil |
| 1 T. fresh chopped thyme |
1 T. each, lemon & lime juice |
Preheat broiler or barbecue. Combine salsa ingredients; mix. Rub all sides of salmon well with a portion of salsa mixture. Grill 4 minutes on each side. Top finished salmon with ½ T. of remaining salsa. Enjoy!
