Afternoon Focaccia
Serves 8. Nutrition per serving: Calories - 220, Protein - 8g, Carbohydrates - 36g, Fat - 8g, Cholesterol - 4mg
| Ingredients: |
| 1 lb. prepared bread dough (softened) |
2 tsp rosemary (fresh, chopped) |
| 4 tsp roasted garlic oil |
¼ C walnuts |
| ½ C parmesan cheese (grated) |

Separate dough into 4 equal parts. Roll out each to 8 inches. Bake at 200° for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with oil. Sprinkle evenly with remaining ingredients and return to oven. Bake until cheese melts. Serve with grapes and a cold beverage.
