Chicken BBQ

| Ingredients: |
2 lbs. chicken breast (boneless, skinless)
salt & pepper |
| BBQ Sauce: |
1 C ketchup
2 T vinegar (apple cider)
2 T Worcestershire sauce
2 T mustard (Dijon)
2 T brown sugar
¼ C molasses |
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp Tabasco sauce
½ tsp liquid smoke |
| Sprinkle chicken lightly with salt and pepper. Combine sauce ingredients in small saucepan and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Preheat oven to 350° or outdoor grill to medium hot. Brush both sides of chicken with BBQ sauce. In oven, place on oiled grill rack (place foil under rack) and cook 20 min. On outdoor grill, cook 7 - 10 min. Turn once and baste often. |
